Well, he's got one of them wrong....

The 'Gas Line wrench' isn't a gas line wrench (TLC0005)

It's a pinion nut flange holder for GM differentials. AKA J8614-1
It keeps the shaft from turning while you undo the nut.
Likely a KentMoore tool, but not certain without looking at it more...
