A pressure clamp for laying tongue and groove flooring.
Presses the planks together tight for nailing??

Let me introduce myself then. I'm David A fromSE Oklahoma. I mechanic by day and build self bows in my off time and have started collecing old tools to hang in my wood shop. There is a neighbor friend who has been collecting his whole life and has decided to adopt me, I guess,  and brings old stuff by to see if I know what it is or to just share with me his knowledge.He doesnt use computers ofcourse so I offerd to ask ya'll. Can take another photo tomorow if needed

My guess a fencing wire  - they look like clamps at the end... send an image to one of the Barbed Wire museums...
