I have the one with a black background, with a copyright date of 1932. 

There is another version of this catalog with a yellow background, that has a date of 1931.  Already have the yellow 1931 version with a yellow background in pdf from Rose.

I am looking for the yellow 1931 version in paper.  Keep your eyes peeled.
