I saw this one and no way was it not going home with me. It's stamped steel. I have no idea what it's for or who made it. The sizes are 5/16 and 1/2. There are two marks one is a G and B inside a circle and G.W.-1. lauver over at The Garage Gazette suggested Gardner Bender as the GB which makes sense to me.

Any ideas or help would be most appreciated.

All my taste is in my tools.

It seems quite delicate, like maybe an ignition system wrench perhaps..?
My friends call me Bob. My wife calls me a lot worse.

Schultz shows a wrench that looks like yours and gives Gray of Toronto as maker. Schultz 903.

Nope.  Gilfillan Bros., Inc.  It's a GW-1, a "Special Wrench (case hardened) for changing charging rate on all Ford and Liberty generators  as used on Ford cars."  According to their #9 catalog.

Id like to have it if it is available, I have one but it needs company
Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

I ought to point out that 1930 sent me the Gilfillan Bros. catalog when I sent him the GW-1 I found last year.
Now if he gets two of these, he's on his way to making a robot buddy for the little green guy -- two arms, anyway.
