I thought I knew what these are but could be wrong. Anyone know for sure? Not talking about the Bonney Stilson.

They are called "arch punches" and are used to punch holes in leather or rubber belting.

I've always called them wad punches. A term that I thinks comes from the time of the flintlock muskets/rilfles?

Wad punches in the UK - same reason -  my mate used them to cut new pads for concertinas (the tiny valves that open when you press a button and lets the reed sound)

We called them hole punch, to punch gaskets to match bolt holes.
granted it would build-up a "Wad" of material inside & had to be pushed out from the top.

I just found a pipewrench like yours Bonney, wanted some background info on it?

Thanks all, I first thought they were gasket cutters but they are so heavy duty it didn't add up. I think  belt cutter or leather would be right. The Bonney I don't know anything about other than Alloy says 20's.
