Anyone seen one of these?  Made by metal Stamping Company, New Eazy bolt Clipper.  About 18 inches long.  Can't find much about the company, but a very well made tool.  Another of those $2.00 estate sale items last week.  Cheap entertainment!

rusty

Based on a 1919 mention in Accessory & Garage Journal, it is the 'Metal Stamping Company' of Long Island City, New York.  (Listed as a new product for the AEA show, so >= 1919)

Note that there is another unrelated company called 'The Metal Stamping Company'

The company is only indexed here and there, first  as a maker of Carrage trimmings and hadware., later (20's) as a maker of Lyon patented resilient bumpers. (spring steel auto bumpers)

The company is perhaps more interesting because it's president, John F. Galvin, was chairman of the Special Commission that built the Lincoln tunnel under the Hudson river. (after a brief interruption by the depression)
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
