Just found this little C-man box w/key--first one that I have ever ran across--anyone know for sure what it may have been for or what came with it?  With that domed insignia I'm thinking maybe 1960's??

I'd say 1940s-50s. The "crown" logo was introduced in 1959...

I'm guessing it's somehow related to a portable power tool.

The light duty handle, the lock, and the smaller size indicates it to be a simple generic utility box.
