Today I picked up a small 3" monkey wrench, with a screwdriver tip. The logo on the upper jaw is inscribed in a rhombus and reads: -A- G & J PRODUCT.  The only G & J I have seen on wrenches before this one were made for Gormully & Jeffery for their Rambler bicycles, motorcycles, and brass cars.

Can anyone tell me if this wrench was made for, or perhaps by,  Gormully & Jeffery?

I believe you are correct, Bob. Gormully & Jeffery

Wow, that is small, neat little wrench.

Odd, the mark "A G&J Product" also appears on an old padlock, with the added text "Gem NY".
The Bicycle company was in Chicago....

There were a few other comanies using G&J, but I have not found a good match so far....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

I note that there is a folding rule on eBay today with the same G & J logo on it.  In addition, the word "Germany" appears with this logo.
