My wife greeted me at the door Saturday evening as I came home from a long shift at work.  She said she had a couple of keepers from the only garage sale she found Saturday.  She stumbled upon a pair of Plomb 209's and a small  Atlas  lineman's pliers.  The Atlas tool is hard to find info on.   For .50 each, she did real well.......

Wow great names, great condition, great price! Over here any thing under $3.00 would be a good price for such good old tools, both look like good user's?  You have a great wife, I'd have a "heart attack" if my wife even attempted to buy me something let alone succeeded!

Hey Keyjeeoer,  see the Button pattern pliers here?  What Scott said: "They come in 3 sizes and at least 4 styles..."

What a slippery slope!  I never saw any like anglesmith's wife found before.

I'd like to find more information on the Atlas company myself.  I've two pair of Atlas Button patent pliers -- same product number but slightly different from each other.
