Its not a wrench..or is it.  It certainly is a glass cutter, corkscrew,...  I think Bus or someone posted a picture of their collection of similar, but I couldn't find the thread.  This is my first one acquired from the swap meet jungles!

Nice tool!!  I like those multipurpose ones...even if they weren't real practical.  I have a meat cleaver with a hammer and an alligator wrench on it.  Have to dig it out and post it.

Well, looks like the glass cutter is really a paper cutter.  That is what Woodward patented on the tool.  Thanks for the link Mike.
I tested it and it still cuts paper like a champ...

Thanks Bus. Awesome collection!  Looks like I am missing the knife sharpening bar.  Tha should be easy to find...ha ha.
