Got these the other day, I think there bone saws but I very we'll could be wrong. Any Info is appreciated.

You're right - they are butchers saws, used often for sawing through the thicker bones or the spine (especially of large carcasses such as beef cattle).

I agree, they are butchering saws. Every farmer used to have one back in the old days. Used to split the carcass,1/4 it, cut the bottom of legs off, make steaks, etc. No electric saws or meat band saws back then.

I still think having a good hand saw or knife is the best way to cut up a carcass, or using a knife to cut a turkey. People have these electric knives now..... looks like a disaster to me! As usual, you can only do as good a job as your tool will let you do.
