Holy Crapola. I'm on a hot streak. This is the first give-a-way I joined here. I've always sat out.

I'm looking forward to the tape measures. One will go in my box and the other will go to my son. He's 17 and I'm trying to assemble a basic tool set for him before he goes off to college. He's eyeing my 3/4 Craftsman box head ratchet with quick release. He's gonna be called Stubby if he doesn't keep his mitts of my ratchet.

Oh, and a congratulations to you Bob. People have been mispronouncing and misspelling my name all my life. I'm used to it. But you've come up with a version I've never seen before.

I got home today and the tapes were waiting on my desk. When I pulled them out of the box, my wife's eyes lit up. She pointed at the Millers Falls tape and said "Grand-daddy had one JUST LIKE THAT! Daddy had one too." I thought she was gonna take it from me and run away. Never in my life would I expect my wife to get excited about a tool.
