I came across this photo , look at the jack under the car in the back.

The roll around jack stand with a cradle on top is cool too.

A shop I worked at in the 70s had a similar jack.  It was air powered, had a pair of arms one could position under the axle or suspension, and lift vertically almost 4 feet.  It had 4 caster wheels, was well balanced, not difficult to move around at all.   Haven't seen one since, with todays cars, could hardly use it anyhow.   looks like a major car restorer, circa late 50s?   The foreground car might be a Stanley Steamer, and the coupe in the rear is possibly an Electric.    Very interesting photo.   I like how he is keeping the kids from being directly under the car too.

Yea, there seems to be a rail track between the front and back automobile also, hmm, fixing cars in a rail yard?

Right, just noticed the little RR cars.   Also if you look hard, is that a pair of rails behind the guy in the foreground?   Looks like they go into the shop.  Is this a fun park/amusement park place?   Never been to Cal., but is it possibly Knots Berry Farm in the 50s?

I don't see any Boysen Berry plants...LOL

I came along too late, but my folks and older siblings all used to to go to Knotts for Sunday picnics when it was still an actual Berry Farm.

Very cool picture, though. Lots going on in it.
