This is some sort of spanner tool and likely with a refrigeration repair connection, but was wondering if anyone could narrow it down a bit better.  No manufacturer's markings or country of origin.  Kinda cool that it has the thin points on the one side and the larger diameter ones on the other side.

I think this is a wrench for removing the backs on watches.  Search fleabay for wrenches and bunches of these will show up.

Lostmind

I believe its for ac compressor clutches on cars . The pins are adjusted to fit holes in the front of the clutch
to keep it from turning while you loosen the nut. Good for on car service. Of the car , an impact gun is faster.
