@ scottg - If your still around, can you post a link to these "solid carbide spiral side cutting blades" your talking about? I have looked around, but would like to know what you prefer

Also, now that I remember, I have had the bigger/thicker reinforced dremmel wheels before, and your right, I didn't like them all that much. Made a hella bouncy racket, more than any cutting should

scottg

Those will probably work.
The faster spiral bits will work faster for you though, cutting out your project.

Unless you live in BFE like me, who has to wait for mail order everything, you can probably walk in off the street and not pay much more. Maybe less.

Thanx scott, if you say so, then that's what I'll order. I have money in paypal anyway, so wth

rusty

That big home improvement store that sells warped lumber has the roto sabre bits. I use them in my cordless drill for alumnium when I have to blind cut slots sometimes, they work well for that, tho they like to pull to the side a bit...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Thanx scottg, The http://www.ebay.com/itm/ROTO-ZIP-1-8-BITS-5-NIB-/130845974093?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e77071e4d You suggested are mine. $6.05 seems reasonable enough for five. Lets just hope they work as anticipated

scottg

Especially when they are new, be careful how you handle them.
They bite your fingers real easy (Don;t Ask Me How I Know This)

Haarruummph!! You do know that I can read what you are saying. Having gorilla hands is sort of, well, natural.

Guess that sentence got out of "hand" - I meant it in the nicest way possible
