Whats this Little Tool?

This Came out of a Estate with alot of Machinist tools, It Kindof Reminds me of a Adjustable Wrench But i dont think thats What it is...you Pull Down the Copper Piece to Open the Jaw...and the Spring Supplies Tension!

Anyone Ever seen One of these?

That is a Cleco Clamp primarily used on aircraft sheetmetal panels. I have used many of these way back in the ole days. They are still sold and are very handy for sheetmetal  projects as are all of the Cleco tools.  I assume these are still used on Aircraft since that was their original intent. The last time I used one was on AC in 1993.
