Found These 2 Amongst a Bunch of Farm Tools, Need To Know what They Do!

the 2nd Tool is Large, about 12" Long Front to Back!

I was thinking no.1 was a stove lid lifter, but see where it could be used as a hasp as well.  No. 2 for some reason make me think of a fence wire tightener.  The ratchet kind that was left in the fence.

I would guess a gate or door latch to be used with a eye and a padlock   bob w.

Number 2 is a valve handle. It is a lockable version of the handle for the 4" valve in the "die handle" post.
