Bob, I looked through Cope's a couple times and found nothing.  It is No. 99 in Schulz's, the bottom photo.  That's the good news; the bad news is that there was no maker's mark on it, thus no identification.

I've seen them a time or two on flea bay but can't remember if a name was associated with them.

Bob, I'm afraid I may have confused this.  The reference to Schulz's is a book called "Antique and Unusual Wrenches" that was published by Alfred and Lucille Schulz back in 1989.  It is not available online, that I'm aware of.

Cope's refers to the book by Kenneth Cope titled "American Wrench Makers 1830-1930.  Unlike Schulz's, which has been long out of print, Cope's is still available and is an excellent reference.  Well worth the price IMHO.

I think what you are referring to is the "Alloy Artifacts" web site.  And yes it can be a little difficult to navigate.  I don't believe your wrench would be listed there, since there is no name to reference.

Bob, Schulz is Alfred and Lucille's book "Antique and Unusual Wrenches" that is out of print. The revised edition has a 1992 Copyright date. Not a web site. Good old flip the pages by hand.
