First Pic is 2 Small Wrenches Marked VLC-RG 853

2nd Pic is a Cornwell Product Marked VWC 14mm

I can't help on the Cornwell, the VLC tools hold adjacent tappets from turning whilst leaving your two hands to manipulate two wrenches and a feeler gauge behind a hot exhaust manifold.

pre 1955 side valve Hillman Minx engine is the application.

Do you have RG857 ?

Thanks for the ID on those 2...Unfortunatly I Dont Have the One your Seeking, I Probably Should Have Grabbed them When i was In The Garage of the Owner But they Didnt Look Like Anything Special At the Time But i do Remember seeing it :(   Grabbed all the Others though lol

I will guess the Cornwell piece holds a nut in place behind an obstruction , while you start the bolt?
