i have found a triple action ratchet drill and bits lowell wrench co.
pat'd 1864 dec. 6, no. 1 do not know much about it or what and who use to used them, i did drill a hole with it in wood, is it a good find. i now have 20 very old wrenches but this one is the oldest ok thank you and good to be a member have a nice day.
