I have the chance to pick up a PJ wrench, decent shape and clean.  No damages at all.

What are they for?  What did they come with?
When were they new?
How much should a common variety sell for in decent shape?

I just think its neat, Ive known where it is for years because it hasn't sold in years.  I'm not looking to flip it just to have it and know a bit about it.

Depends.  Planet Jr. stuff included garden cultivators, edgers, generally manual larger garden tools. It was made by S.L. Allen Co. of Philadelphia, PA who also made Flexible Flyer sleds. The plain 6 3/8" number 2 and 3 solid Planet Jr. wrenches, sell for a dollar around here (within driving distance of Philadelphia.  Cutout Planet Jr. wrenches generally sell for more.  How much more depends on whether they are smaller (a lot more), equal to ($5), or larger than 6 3/8" ($15+).

Hope this helps.  A caveat:  I live on the East Coast where Planet Jr. wrenches are fairly common.

Under 6 inches and cutout, about 3 bucks.  And in central Mexico for whatever reason.  I'm going to own it sunday if all goes right.

I also remember lots of good times and blood in the snow from our old flexy flyer sleds.  Those damn things would hurt you faster than you knew if it went wrong!  I lived for those days.

A cut-out Planet Jr for $3 is a great deal! Probably not many in Central Mexico.
