A locksmith tool manufacturer sells this kit, and I've seen that punch or crimper somewhere else, but can't remember where for the life of me!!!!

It's for picking Schlage F-series lever locksets...

I know it's the bypass kit but that punch/crimpers is from something else, and modified for this application.

Oh. Then I don't recognize the punch/crimper or know its original application...

No, not on Clearstar; had to Google to find out what it is!
