I need help identifying this wrench, I would like to date this wrench and find out if I can get the rest of the set.

I've got nothing. There are a lot of registered trademarks (1875 to be exact) using a checkered flag or flags as part of the trademark, and having just looked at all of them (not as tough as it sounds, the USPTO has search engine that lets you look at the images of trademarks, 100 to a page) I can say the crossed flags logo on this wrench is not one of them. Looks like someone posted about a set of these a while back on Garage Journal and no one there could identify them.
