It is indeed an interesting place, and it used to be an even better place until the word got out.  Now you don't find as many of the good deals.  A year or two ago I was checking out and while waiting for the girl to total my purchases, I spotted a hammer head with a broken handle.  Turned out to be a Cheney nailer.  For 5 bucks I couldn't pass it up.

They also have a place in Searsport, ME called Captain Tinkem's Emporium and another in Bar Harbor that I don't know the name of.  I don't get to that one very often.
