Found this Dayton (D in circle) wrench yesterday.
Were these made by the tonnage or just a few of them?

 That number is in IHC wrench list as both a dbe and doew but no picture. One on e-bay didn't get opening bid of $8 recently. Looks just like yours with D logo.
