I came across this forums while searching for info on a couple of socket sets I found while out checking yard sales today.  What little I can find on them, they are both from Industro MFG.  Both sets seem to be from the early 1900's.  As soon as I get some pictures and get them uploaded I will post em up.

There is a maker currently using the Industro name. The tools appear to be just about everywhere if you google them. Wonder which it is? Welcome from Montana anyhow.

I was only going by the suggestion of "early 1900's".
