QuoteThis page serves as the directory to an encyclopedic study of the Millers Falls Company for the years in which it was located in Massachusetts. The site features a company history, biographies of figures associated with the business, guides to some of the hand-powered tools it manufactured and an illustrated list of publications distributed by the manufacturer. A Massachusetts-based entity until 1982, the firm was incorporated as the Millers Falls Manufacturing Company in 1868, was renamed the Millers Falls Company in 1872 and became a division of Ingersoll-Rand in 1962. Operations were relocated to New Jersey in 1982 following a leveraged buyout.

That is a pretty good site, the quality of the old Millers Falls tools I picked up, sort of led me into more serious tool collecting.

I like it.  I have quite a few MF's and Goodell-Pratt drills and this site has been a great help in dating them.  Overall a very good resource.

And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
