Heelspurs 1372 wrench got me looking at B&H wrenches. I noticed a bit of a question.....

Wayne Dill has a 245 wrench listed in Deere wrenches, actually it's Marseilles mfg,  I also see the same exact wrench listed for B&H and Marseilles in Rathbone. 

Do we know for sure that both companies used the same wrench?
