I rarley go to any sales on Sunday, as their is not much left from Saturday. But, today I found a small little yard sale on the way to the store, and found this box of goodies. I spotted the little 4 inch Hillman, Herbert & Company kangaroo Bicycle wrench amoung the rusted group, and could not pay fast enough when he said "How about 5 bucks". I will post them in their rightfull spots on the forum when they are cleaned.

Nice score. Those tongs look like farriers tongs, for holding horseshoes.

Is the iron rest one with the asbestos in it? Those are getting hard to find.

I would have dropped my wallet just trying to get the 5 bucks out!!

.....

Not to mention the verniers, the chinese knock off ones are worth the $5 you paid. And if they are not the HF special of the day...you stole the whole ball of wax for a song - P

I was wondering about the odd shaped ends...interesting
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Thanks for the replies guys. Aaron: I don't know if the iron rest has asbestos in it, but I would put money on it that it does! Bob: the little adjustable is 4 inches long. I need to get them sorted out, researched, and cleaned, not necessarily in that order. Lol
