Thats a nice grabber for sheet goods.

Are most smooth faced?  I've seen mostly the vise-grip kind, so I don't know much.

Yes, for folding out the inside edge of a  hole in a box...vintage 1987...

I have an offset AND a straight pair by a different maker - extremely handy tools for sheet metal work.  I recently fabricated some flashing for the head casing of windows on the current remodel, and they were invaluable for the various up and down bends at the corners of the flashing.
