My eyes are getting sore from searching for info. on this #13 wrench, so I call Uncle.

I think it is the one that goes in between the number 12 and number 14 but I'm not sure.............

Nada, I have one also. Never found anything on it...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
