I'm looking to purchase a 16-5/16 circular saw; preferably an older/original Makita 5402.  I'm not in a hurry, I've been making do for a while.  If you come across one on the cheap in your travels you could serve to make money and I could serve to save some.  Looks like they're running around $250-$350 ebay......$700 new.  I'd like to see an older one in my hands closer to $150 or less.

Have tou looked into a prazi beam saw attachment? It's like a small chainsaw bar for your worm drive. I have never used one but watched someone demo it once at a tool store.

I will keep my eyes out thoe.

who gave that right to me.
