This is another first ever seen for me, and I never knew exsisted so, I had to have it. When you say Thomas and Betts, you say Electrical Inovators, that have been around since the late 1800's. Appleton made one too. Theirs is slightly different & is marked Pat Appl'd For. Cat No TW-W5075. The conduit de-burring tools are are different. They are hardened steel inserts that de-burr the inside & outside of the conduit. I think they were made for EMT. The one I have is for 1/2 & 3/4 conduit.

Description:
The wrench openings fit the clamping "nuts" on thin wall electical conduit fittings. The circular reamers are to clean exterior burrs formed by cutting with a hacksaw. The corners of the wrench may be formed as scrapers to remove interior burrs.
