Depending on if there are caps, or where they are/how arranged, here we go on text exotes:
1.)
o.o : blank stare, as in "You've just lost me" Or "I care about this...Why, again?"
2.)
O.o ; o.O : Confusion, usually used together.
3.)
O.O : Suprise, shock.

Person: (insert technical jargon here)
Me: o.o

Haha, Pawpaw has it down pat!

Interesting device... I looked up what it did, I think I understand, but couldn't find a youtube video demonstrating it *shrugs* Still, pretty neat stuff!

So if the price goes up $2.50 every 5 years does that mean I didn't charge nearly enough

I did a little more digging on the Armstrong Ratchet Drill. I had a similar tool made by Keystone Mfg Co., and looked up their patent info,Patent Number 539423,  listed as a Ratchet Drill.. That led me to Patent Number 914012, Granted March 2nd 1909. Thanks to the folks at Tool Talk, and DATAMP for the helpful info.
