A new tool.  Something for the wrench collector who has everything.

Here is another extender from Lee Valley.  I guess they aren't all used to break wrench jaws.  Does anyone know of antique extenders other than a hunk of pipe?

rusty

didn't Snapon have one of those at one time? hmm
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

The only wrench extenders I have ever seen (up until now), is pipe, or the old second box end wrench stuck in one side of the open end, which I still use to this day. Thanks for sharing this.

I usually just hook a box end of one wrench to the open end of the other.
All my taste is in my tools.

I like the first one... I could have used one of those many a times...
If all else fails use a bigger hammer...

I like it. After we're all gone,  somebody will find one that's nearly rusted to death and will be posting it in the whatsit forum.

Yeah, interesting. I have spent many, many hours on the Lee Valley website & leafing through their hard copy catalogues and I've never seen that. It actually looks very useful!

LOL! I just checked my mailbox & both the new Woodworking catalogue & the Fall Home & Garden flyer arrived today from Lee Valley. The wrench extender is a new product in both...
