This one is listed on the 'bay right now.  The seller loosely uses the term "RARE" on lots of posting so I don't know if it applies here, but I haven't see a drill like this one before.

No idea about rarity, but gizmotic cool factor is very, very high.

I agree with Bill,I don't know if it is very rare,but it is very cool. According to this seller the majority of his stuff is VERY RARE but I think he stretching things a little.

Actually they are fairly common.  Usually  there are one or two in the Fine Tool Journal auctions and in Donnelly's.  Like most of them, this one is missing the breast pad that goes on the top. A complete one is uncommon but certainly not "very rare".

He has a plierench posted as "very rare".  There are some rare plierenches, but the World Flight version with angled gears isn't one of them.

What is unusual about the one on eBay is the cast iron top handle.  Most are wood as shown in the Donnlley drill.  Notice the breast plate that is usually missing.

I suspect that handle was added at some time. It looks like a classic tool handle of the period.

The chuck on Rusby drills will pull out about a foot.  If you see the shaft down the middle of the drill frame, it is connected to the chuck.  That is the neat feature of those.  I have had a few, but they are usually missing one or more of the handles.  He got a pretty good price for that one.  I have never got more than 65 or 70 for one.
