This was in a tool box I bought does anyone have a use for it?

That's for wheel cylinders  on cars and trucks. I think KD marketed them. The stones are still available.
Does a good job. No reason you couldn't use it on any cylinder it would fit.

they still list a brake cylinder hone on their web site.  item # 10000
a 3 stone that fits up to 2 inches.

they also sell replacement stones.  item # 10050 that are 1 1/8 inches long and 240 grit.

Standard equipment for every brake mechanic at one type - except factory VW mechanics.  VW recommended replacement for any leaking cylinder.

Lisle's still actively in business, still making useful, even vital, automotive-centered tools.  I've got some of their Torx sockets (fit male Torx bolts as found on numerous cars, and they're good stuff.

Id use it, I have a couple of cheepies  I use, abuse, and then toss but that one looks like more of a keeper. Shipping might make it prohibitive though.

Back in the day I must have rebuilt 1000's of wheel cylinders. you would sell a wheel cylinder kit with every brake job. You would always check to see if the bleeder screw would unscrew as up in the north they would seize up in 2 years. They made a few different styles of them but this model in my opinion was the best one made.
