Samson DOE 7/16 x 3/8

I am missing one wrench to complete a set I bought from amertrac.

The wrenches with the hole in the middle seem to be the only examples online....I just picked up these two for a dollar each.They are nice wrenches but nothing much online about the company...Not even on Alloy-Artifacts.Maybe I have something somewhat rare?
