Old wrench, what do I have here?

Well, other than the fact that it looks pretty old I don't really know anything about it.

It looks like the manufacturer recognized that people would use the back side of the tool for a hammer, and added some meat there to accommodate that.  Neat wrench.

yours is a very close match to the lower right wrench in the picture that
Papaw is showing from Liberty Tool Museum, in Liberty Maine.

British, very British.  I like that style.  we cpoied many of their ideas on wrenches.

the museum is very interesting, tho small, but the trip accross the street
to Liberty Tool is worth a trip, yes, I have been there a fewwww times,
and never left without buying something. they also have another store
in Hulls Cove, Maine.
