multi-tool
« on: April 13, 2014, 07:40:46 AM »
Someone here (I believe) had a pair of these. Mine has one end that has been grinded on and reshaped, I'm curious as what was on the end of it. Other side is a screwdriver.

For installing and removing wheel weights...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

I've seen pictures of that one before, but never handled one first hand. Do we know who made it? Any name or numbers stamped on it?

Looks like it might work on dust caps for wheel bearings. Depends on how far they open up.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

No markings at all, just grind marks.

My vague fuzzy memory is very Rusty...  But I do remember using those when I worked as a Auto mechanic to Remove & install wheel weights to balance the rim & tire.. very handy.. I still see them at tire shops sometimes...
