DRGM from the Fleamarket

Found this Wrenches at a lockal Fleamarket here in Lower Saxony
Want to know what the "B" is

B in a circle logo is Bonney Forge & Tool Works.

(Used on Contract Production)

In the US, yes, but outside, there are several other companies that used B in a circle, one in Sheffield, and probably 2 or 3 in Germany. Likely something along the lines of (Gebruder) Busch, tho I only know they made vises....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Just noticed they are in MM's, so probably is European.
