Horse drawn wagon wrench wanted
« on: July 15, 2014, 04:29:41 PM »
Hello,

I would like to complete my collection of wrenches in this particular style.  As you can see each wrench has a couple of bends and very easy to recognize this wrench from the side.

Thanks alot,

Mike

I agree, that is an unusual one.  I saw a double one like that on ebay once.

Good That gives it a reason for having been made. Another good idea that never lasted.

Many if not most were smith made.  They also were used to secure the double tree to the tongue. A pin.  Chuck Garrett

if that is for the wagon wheel nut, your rear wheels would be larger than the front, and larger
axle,  therefore two nut sizes, with only one wrench to carry.
