As a retarded man er I mean retired, I have sufficient experience to warn you against pulling the plug.
I tell you straight up, it's harder and more time consuming than the job ever was.

You have no idea how many jobs will come your way because "you're retired and have time to do them"
You have no idea how many people will remember your phone number, and call expecting you to work for free "because you're retired". 

Within 6 months you'll be wondering where the hell you ever had time for a job.
It's also dangerous!
More retired people croak, cease breathing, than any other population demographic!

We ain't even going to talk about the salesmen who find your phone number or the professional moochers.
