I believe it reads CH or HC, below the 101032 part number. Harrison Castings?

Hey, I like that word!  Pronounced, "OLD-udge."  Like "windage" in shooting or golfing.

If you can't find an answer here for your Wilton, go here and post your question. I'm sure you will get the answer there on any type of vise.

I have several older Wiltons and none of mine have that marking

i've asked over there, i don't think theres as many serious researchers over there as here. i don'tt think its chicago hardware foundry.   "CHF" seems to be their mark. I'm still leaning it being a older harrison castings mark. Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken that mark is Cleveland Hardware.

A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

That's real close to the Chicago Mfg. and Distributing logo.
Love my Bonney and Plvmb"s!

You might try and contact the Wilton company. I'm betting there's someone there that could get you the answer to what the letters  stand for
