Very abnormal box by Good Manufacturing co. New York. They were around in 1913 , I found an old catalog online.
Seems they were a plumbing supply house , still in business today. I think this may have been for a plumber to
put his fittings and small tools in ?
I looked at hundreds of photos and ads for Kennedy and couldn't find another. I did find a reference to a hip roof box for machinist and mechanic but not sure if it's this model.
The cover over the two removable trays is unusual. Not on any boxes I can find , including tackle boxes.
The style is 1930's ? , leather handle covered in tape.
Been bumped a lot , but fully functional. No severe rust , pretty much original finish.
I have not tried to clean the label , just a wipe down on the whole thing.
16" long , 9 1/4 " wide , 10 " high
I'd like $28 plus shipping
PayPal , you pay fees , or US postal money order
Look at the photos for best description.
Send a PM
Thanks
Roy
