Big Driveway Tool Sale Pictures

I could have spent a lot more at this sale (if I'd had more to spend :) . As it was though, I boughe 41 wrenches for $45 and was able to fill in some metric holes. I did ask the fellow how he happened to have so much and he said that he was selling them for a friend in the 'surplus business'. The friend didn't have time to fool around with these odds and ends is what he said. Wow! Look at the size of those clamps and pullers.
Quite an assortment.

I can see Hargrave No. 40 and Wilton No.8 if I zoom in on the picture. Eight and ten inch, I think. The biggest ones were tagged $100 and the smaller ones were marked $80. I couldn't see any evidence of use on any of them. I would guess that is a pretty good price, isn''t it?

That's a pretty good deal for them. I know a ten inch Armstrong one has a list price of over 700 bucks.
