Strange Brass Tools...Help!

Got these two tools mixed in a box lot with lots of woodworking items

Not sure exactly what they are called or what they are used for? Any help would be appreciated!

The bottom ones are simply bar clamps, especially for model making or other small projects.  I have a set of four I bought new decades ago.  For those really small projects they work remarkably well.  The top photo... well it seems to measure angles, and might be useful as a gauge for checking the bevel on chisels and plane blades.
