Smith, at one time, produced Ox/Act cutting torches and related brazing and gas welding equipment. They may well still be in operation but I haven't seen any of their products for many years. I recall that their cutting torches were quite finicky and could not compare to some of the others in a harsh demolition or similar job. They were very good in a shop when they were used by one or two competent guys. Those wrenches look like the ones that came with the torch set. The big end is to connect the gauge to the cylinder, (around 1"I think) one of the smaller ones or maybe both should be about 11/16" and fit the hose to gauge and hose to torch. Not sure if what you have is the same company I'm talking about but it sure looks like it to me. Thinking back I don't think I've seen a Smith torch in use for at least 30 years.
