Strange wrench
« on: August 31, 2015, 04:42:56 PM »
Hello. I'm trying to find a name for this wrench. I am translating a catalog that includes it, but I've never seen a wrench of this style and a direct translation and anything similar to it just brings upopen end wrenches, which this is obviously not. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

There are two shown in Schulz - No773. He only called them two German wrenches, No 775 is similar and is called a SZEKEL monkey wrench.

The style is considered the "traditional" German adjustable wrench made by almost every German tool maker years ago -- the style also was / is widespread in eastern Europe, so it is not surprising that some company is still producing the style.
