Unusual Wrenches & logos

Hello, All. I found these among the other unidentified tools that keep showing up here. The one at top has in raised numerals 380875, and what looks like the letter M with the letter I passing through the center of the M.. The one at bottom has  in raised figures  A I M CO 36. Possibly tractor, or, implement wrenches? Magnet test stuck to both. Thanks, Lou

The bottom one looks like a tank wrench for gas bottles.
